“I am a licensed professional counselor with specialties in Eating Disorders, Addictions, Relationships, Grief/Loss and Spiritual Development. I work from a holistic perspective incorporating cognitive-behavioral, energy psychology, spiritual, and transpersonal principles to help bring clarity to your concerns and find solutions that work.

The focus of my work is to help each person understand and embrace their potential for healing. I offer a safe and compassionate place to address personal concerns and offer you direction and support as you begin the journey to healing.

In addition to counseling services, I offer groups for personal and intuitive development. These groups are for individuals who desire to expand their understanding of human consciousness and are seeking a greater sense of self awareness. Groups include meditation techniques, dream work, and drumming.”

Outpaient Program for Eating Disorder Recovery
2550 E. Ft. Lowell, Tucson, Arizona
Every Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday at 5:30pm - 8:30pm
$90 - $120 per session

The outpatient program is designed to provide intensive support for those affected by disordered eating including bulimia, obesity, binge eating, compulsive overeating, anorexia, and other types of disordered eating. The program is both an alternative to residential care and for individuals needing aftercare support. Services include: Group Sessions, Weekly Individual Sessions, Weekly Nutritional Consultations, and a Body Awareness and Exercise Group. Groups are scheduled on Tuesday & Thursday evening from 5:30-8:30, and Saturday morning from 9am-noon. For more information or to schedule an intake session please call the office at:(520)531-1040.
Womens Circle
