I offer brief, solution-focused sessions using a variety of approaches including Hypnotherapy. I work with individuals, couples and families of diverse backgrounds.
In addition to counseling clients, I specialize in working with parenting and divorce-related concerns. I teach parenting and divorce education classes that are mandatory for divorcing parents. I also facilitate groups with children of divorce, ages 6-17 years, using the internationally-acclaimed Sandcastles and other approaches.
I have convenient evening hours to accommodate clients and I accept some health insurance plans. I also have a sliding fee arrangement for anyone with financial concerns. This educational program and support group is designed to teach children about divorce, to help them understand its significance in their lives, and to teach them skills to help them adjust appropriately. This group utilizes the internationally-acclaimed Sandcastles approach. Sandcastles is regarded as one of the best programs for children of divorce and it has been featured on numerous prime time television shows.
