My ideal client is looking for change and willing to work collaboratively with me to achieve what he or she is seeking. I use a brief therapy approach, often utilizing hypnotherapy. Hypnosis is a wonderful tool for bringing about positive, powerful change, and is well-supported by research. I utilize hypnosis as a tool for anxiety issues (generalized anxiety, panic attacks, phobias, etc.), anger management, depression, addictions, procrastination, eating disorders, trauma, IBS, and more (see my website for more information).

In addition to individual and couples counseling, I also serve as a parenting consultant to divorced parents struggling with conflict over parenting decisions.
