Painful experiences are difficult to navigate by yourself. I can help you explore difficult feelings, learn and grow from them and make new choices.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, a clinical hypnotherapist and an EMDR practitioner. I help clients enhance their lives in many areas; working through trauma and obstacles; improving relationships; handling life transitions; changing destructive habits; and working through issues of grief and loss.

I integrate practical aspects of mindfulness and compassion into our work together. I am a student of meditation, contemplative psychology, and eastern and western thought.
