I am experienced in a variety of beneficial and effective approaches to Individual and Couples Therapy, ranging from Cognitive Behavioral to Psychoanalytic to Existential and Jungian.

I have helped hundreds of individuals overcome debilitating Panic Attacks, Social Anxiety, and Depression using a variety of specialized approaches. In addition to my specialties, I help people overcome past traumas and abuse issues. I am also experienced as a general practitioner and routinley treat a variety of problems!

I believe that our Psyches are as important as our bodies. So when there is emotional or mental pain, it is just as important to address as physical pain. I believe in matching the approach to the unique needs of my clients. I have training in a wide variety of approaches.
