Dr. Sarah Sarkis

I am a licensed psychologist who provides individual, group and couples therapy with a diverse population of clients. My primary areas of interest are insight oriented, psychodynamic psychotherapy in the treatment of depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and grief and loss. I have experience and training in cognitive-behavioral therapies and relaxation techniques to help treat the symptoms associated with anxiety and depression. My therapeutic style is based on an integrative and holistic approach, where I blends my strong psychodynamic and insight oriented training with more traditionally behavioral and/or mind/body techniques to help clients foster insight, change and growth.

I work with people who are struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship concerns and grief and loss. I consider it a priviledge to accompany people on their own unique process of evolution and transformation.
