When you feel depressed, anxious, confused, overwhelmed and undervalued, doing the best you can, but circumstances leave you agitated, give me a call - it is time to meet. Are you at a cross-road? My clients are a mix of individuals, couples, and children, who may be struggling with relationship, home, work, or school stressors. Mid-life change of path may be upsetting your previous stability.

We identify your strengths and skills. I support you using new strategies to resolve old challenges. An eclectic mix of Depth psychology, Cognitive-Behavioral, Communication skills, Sandplay and Couples repair, as called for, may be incorporated. Dreams may guide us!

My home-office is a confidential environment and welcoming setting. There is a Sandplay room for expressive therapy - great for ages 3 and up. I have a couple of Standard Poodle Therapy Dogs who offer unconditional love and sensory play (upon request). Coaching phone calls may provide mid-week support.
