I am trained to help you sort through what is contributing to your troubled sleep, your loss of energy, your fatigue. I work with folks who are overwhelmed or upset by everyday life occurrences. Work problems, relationship troubles, physical ailments, breakups, parenting challenges, career changes, and the death of a loved one happen to all of us. I am trained to help you get through the tough times of life.

From the first session we will work to find a solution to your problem. You can leave with specific actions to take towards relief. Each session can help you find creative ways to solve your problem, not just talk about it.
