It is not uncommon to get stuck in unsatisfying and frustrating situations. Through the relationship with a therapist you can start to become aware of the things that are interfering with feeling better and use your strengths to make changes and move forward.

I have been trained as a psychodynamic psychologist. However, I typically use a more integrative approach using practical interventions, insight and support to help people handle difficult situations and feelings. I have experience working with a variety of diagnostic issues including depression, anxiety, body image issues, and parenting concerns.

I consider myself interactive in sessions, maintaining a supportive, encouraging presence. I have a good sense of humor and tend to help people feel at ease. I encourage feedback throughout our work together in order for you to have a satisfying experience in therapy.”
