“People have some crazy ideas about how romantic love is supposed to work. These unrealistic expectations create a lot of conflict and a lot of suffering. My name is Rhonda Audia and I am a clinical social worker. I have been helping individuals and couples develop more satisfying relationships for over 25 years. I have developed my own unique counseling model and I call it The Guru For Two Counseling Process.

The GFT knows the Four Relationshp Truths: 1)It is connection, not autonomy, that nurtures our health and happiness; 2)Relationships develop over time in Four Stages; 2) Conflict (differences) are normal and provide an opportunity for enhanced mutual understanding and mutual empowerment; 4)Being emotionally responsive, rather than reactive, is the key to long term relationship health.

My counseling process offers 3 steps to relationship health:ACCEPT, ATTUNE, and AFFIRM. Each step will help clear your mind, open your heart and empower you with skills that enhance the quality of your connections. Individuals and couples can have a "Triple A" relationship now!”
