Life is worth living to its best. Sometimes we find ourselves not getting along with the people we want to be closest to. Sometimes we find ourselves feeling stuck in unwelcome patterns that seem to keep coming up in our lives. Sometimes we reach a point where the things we thought would bring satisfaction and happiness have lost their meaning. I'd welcome the chance to work with you. Whatever it is you want and need, I'd like to help you to discover resources, find productive solutions, and figure out "win-win" answers.

I have no agenda. That's deliberate on my part. I will never try to "get" you to do or not do anything aside from those things that fall under legal or ethical restrictions. It's my job to work with you, not on you.

Your therapy is YOUR therapy, and it's my responsibility to help you to decide what you want out of it, and work with you to get there. I have experience working with a range of topics including couples therapy, family therapy, domestic violence, anger management, workplace challenges and personal enrichment.
