I explore your questions about expectations and satisfaction through talking, listening, and acting on your perceptions in a safe and supportive environment.

In addition to individual, group and couples counseling, I conduct workshops in the workplace. Remember, you, as the patient are active by addressing your thoughts, feelings, and behavior in order to understand those inner conflicts and your reduce stress.”
