My area of expertise includes cognitive counseling with adolescents and adults, and includes individual, couples and group counseling. I work with clients on a variety of issues including loss, life transition, develop relationship strategies, break free from depression, and assist in career exploration.
The principle factor in counseling is the the relationship between client and therapist. Trust in one another is vital in creating change. I work very hard to create an open atmosphere where problems can be evaluated and we can work towards solutions.”
