Change is necessary at the mind, body and spirit levels for adaptation to occur. We will work together through your transformation. You can learn new ways to tolerate what has been overwhelming and you can develop new, healthier coping skills to help you manage what was formerly intolerable about daily living."

Some of the clients I have worked with include those who are overcoming issues with self identity, childhood trauma, marital conflict, mood disorders, fear of intimacy, anger management, thought disorders, severe emotional disorders of childhood and adolescence, and addiction behaviors like cutting, eating disorders, sexual disorders and substance abuse.

For seven years as a psychotherapist, group facilitator, case manager and behaviorist in acute hospital, group home and private practice settings, I have utilized play therapy with children, cognitive-behavioral, psycho-dynamic, gestalt, narrative, family systems and Rogerian models of therapy. My goal is to use these tools to help you love, work and play again.”
