If you or someone you love is struggling with an eating disorder, body image disturbance, compulsive food and weight issues, or other addictive behaviors, then visit our web site and learn more about the compassionate and effective help we can provide. Our therapists work with children, adolescents and adults. In addition, we are happy to see clients who have general mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, relationship troubles, low self-esteem, trouble in school or professional life, and more.
I believe that no one therapy technique works for everyone. To meet your needs, I creatively blend cognitive, interpersonal, mindfulness, experiential, and psychodynamic therapies. I also utilize homework assignments to enhance the therapy including journaling, meditation, and skill building exercises.
We feature a number of groups for eating disorders, bariatrics, and more. Our office is equipped with a full kitchen to help our eating disorder clients with the actual process of planning, cooking and eating, conquering anxiety with real-world experience.
