Is your adolescent struggling more frequently? Are your relationships becoming more challenging? Is your own life getting more difficult to manage? If so, I think I can help. When people start therapy, I try to be as gentle as possible and help them understand that the vast majority of their feelings are normal and manageable. Numerous clients have told me that I'm personable and easy to talk to, and this helps them feel comfortable exploring their deepest feelings and struggles. As a result, people are willing to seek more effective ways of coping with life's challenges.

My education provides me with the necessary "book knowledge," which I couple with over twelve years experience as a therapist and eighteen years in the "helping professions," to develop a unique counseling experience. I do "what works," while being cautious to work in a professional manner, utilizing mainstream counseling techniques.
