I believe that the benefit of psychotherapy is that it allows one to explore and develop new ways of experiencing challenges and opportunities. Proust wrote that the real voyage of discovery lies not in seeking new landscapes, but in having new eyes. My style as a therapist is collaborative yet challenging and, above all, genuine. If you are experiencing relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression or a sense that you're not living the life that you would like, I may be able to help you find the new direction you're seeking.

I work with adults, couples, children and adolescents experiencing the full range of emotional or life challenges. For the past several years, I have particularly focused on treating anxiety, depression, significant life and family changes, relationship difficulties, trauma-related symptoms and parenting.

I have successfully helped a number of clients with all forms of anxiety, particularly Social Phobia and Panic Disorder. I use a variety of proven strategies to treat anxiety and mood disorders, including cognitive behavioral therapy and exposure therapy. I also incorporate mindfulness approaches into my work.
