My goal is to provide a safe, caring, non-judgmental environment in which in which we can explore issues such as communication problems in your relationships, anxiety, depression, as well as many others. This type of work is not always comfortable, but I will be there to help you create clear and concise goals, and support you on your journey towards achieving them.

Using Emotionally Focused Therapy with couples and Attachment Theory with individuals, sessions tailored to the individual needs of the client with whom I am working. This gives the client the ability to direct the focus of the session to solve the problems with which they need the most support.
