Counseling requires your active involvement in efforts to change your thoughts, feelings, and/or behaviors. It is my role to assist you in finding your own direction. Although I do not force my beliefs on my clients, I approach counseling from a Christian view. We will work together to achieve the best possible results for you. Clients with whom I work are psychologically and emotionally "healthy" and seek counseling for difficulties due to normal life events. I have special skills in pre-marital counseling; grief and loss counseling; anxiety and depression; relationship issues; and personal and spiritual growth issues.

One very important component of my practice is pre-marital counseling. Pre-marital counseling is designed to explore critical relationship issues prior to marriage and thereby increase the likelihood that marriage will be lasting and satisfying.

A new addition to my practice is life coaching. It is my belief that as one develops his potential, he is on the pathway to realization of his God instilled life purpose.
