I bring 28 years of experience, a free initial visit & fee options, in Shoreline. My approach is informed by what we're learning from neuroscience, as well as evidence-based therapies. I specialize in counseling & psychotherapy for anxiety, including generalized anxiety, OCD-spectrum disorders, trauma, phobias, panic attacks, adult children of alcoholic issues and adult survivor of childhood abuse problems. I see couples for problem-solving; improving communication; resolving infidelity; and increasing intimacy.

I act as a guide through the phases of overcoming anxiety, using therapy methods shown by research to work, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, exposure response prevention (ERP), meditation, mindfulness, assertiveness training and more.

I'm available from February through most of October when I go to another country to work for six months.

Dr. Jolyn Wells-Moran offers a free consultation over the phone or in person
