My mission is to empower you to live your life free from shame, abuse and neglect by providing empowerment and psycho-education, compassion and honest caring. I am culturally sensitive and offer sessions in a comfortable, non-judgemental, "safe" space. My style of therapy is mainly eclectic. My knowledge has been earned through "real life" experiences which makes me totally authentic and able to relate to you and your issues. Sessions are tailored to your particular needs. For victims of PTSD I use Trauma Incident Resolution, EFT, Stress Management, and "The Work". I am also a Certified Life Coach.

My specialties are in the areas of domestic violence/pathological relationships; Sex therapy, marital/ relationship issues; PTSD/trauma, anger management, depression, anxiety and HIV/AIDS, Gender Specialist (gay, lesbian, transgender) and also contract with Miami's lead foster care agency providing therapeutic services to children and families with open child dependency cases.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Board Certified Sexologist, Diplomate, American Board of Sexology, AASECT Certified Sex Therapist; Certified Addictions Professional, Substance Abuse Professional; Certified Clinical Traumatologist, Certified EMDR Practitioner; Certified Domestic Violence & Batterer's Therapist & Life Coach. I offer confidential telephone, Skype and internet counseling sessions (US & Abroad). Daily, weekend and evening appointments available.
