Although I work with other issues, I specialize in helping people through the trauma of divorce, and co-creating a newly satisfying life after divorce. I strive to give you tools you can use for a lifetime. I treat relationship issues, anxiety/fears and depression. I am a trained family mediator and a Certified Mentor Coach. I work with blended families and step families. I offer family and individual divorce counseling, divorce coaching, and family mediation services. I apply an ecclectic theraputic approach grounded in positive psychology and the science of change.

I use a strength based behavioral approach. We identify strengths and use them to resolve life challenges. I have many years of mental health counseling and coaching experience. I have recently added EMDR as a treatment modality to my practice.
