Through my professional work experience at OHSU and Kaiser Permamente I have gained superb training and supervision to help me become a solid counselor. With my sensitivity and compassion, I help individuals bring resolution to a wide range of life challenges and psychological issues.

My experience includes helping others with addictions, depression, anxiety, grief, loss (including pregnancy), postpartum issues, life changes among other areas. I enjoy my work and strive to help you help yourself. I believe that life can be more joyful and I may be able to help you find that joy.

My clients have described me as warm and open. I have an understanding about the struggle of pain and thrive on helping others help themselves reach their potential. I enjoy helping others find their own strengths. My office is located in downtown Portland easily accessible by public transport or car.
