Because my approach is encouraging, supportive, hopeful, and relational I truly enjoy working with women who need guidance on how to maintain a successful career while embracing motherhood. I worked in Corporate America and I'm a mom, so I fully understand the challenges of balancing personal and professional issues. I also enjoy working with men who have identified that they have stress management and/or anger management issues. My direct approach helps clients understand the cause of their stressors quickly and adjust their responses accordingly. When you're able to identify what makes you tick, your progress will be amazing!
I specialize in working with new parents who find themselves unprepared for the impact that children often have on a marriage, mothers who are balancing family and career, and couples trying to figure out how to reinforce their marriage to form an unbreakable bond.
Our talented staff has extensive experience counseling children, tweens, teens and adults. We treat all clients with the utmost respect and strive to make everyone feel at ease. Whether you're addressing past issues or are looking for a new tomorrow we can help you focus on wellness today.
