I work with couples, adults, and teens who are experiencing stress or conflict in their personal or work relationships. Relationship coaching utilizes the research based work of John Gottman. I incorporate HeartMath techniques and emWave biofeedback technology in my work with stress, conflict, anger, anxiety, and depression. My approach includes life, work and relationship coaching, cognitive behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy. I assist clients in developing emotional intelligence skills. My practice is limited to evenings. I only accept self pay or health saving accounts (HSA) which is helpful for maintaining utmost confidentiality. I offer a sliding fee scale.
My specialty is conflict management and factors related to interpersonal stress and discord. Services include life or work coaching, clinical counseling, and anger management for individuals, couples, families and organizations. I also provide confidential coaching for executives and professionals who need an objective and supportive perspective regarding their interpersonal skills.
I have learned that the challenges of dealing with stress and conflict are the source of many personal, couple, family and organizational problems. Conflict is often avoided in relationships due to its negative connotations. However successful conflict management can be the key to problem resolution, personal growth and improved relationships.
