I work with adolescents, parents, and adults going through life transitions. We are Human Becomings...always in the process of becoming, and we wish to maximize our development within each window of opportunity. Anxiety, Depression, Grief, and Trauma prevent us from reaching our full potential. Let's work together to remove the barriers to really living your life. Let's change the maladaptive behaviors and thoughts. Let's end the suffering. We need to discover and develop our core self, acquire the skills to adapt to the needs of our environment, so we can shape our future.

We all develop multidimensionally. Physically, Mentally, Emotionally, and Spiritually. Often we are successful in one or more of these areas but, we may also be at a deficit in one. That is when we suffer. It helps to identify the specific area of problem in order to apply the correct treatment plan.

Parenting children with special needs brings it's own challenges. As the father of a special needs child, I bring the dual perspective of professional and parent.
