Whether it is a relationship problem, a job frustration, a parenting challenge, a bad habit, or a negative cycle that keeps defeating you, I hope to provide you with a safe place to explore the roots of what is keeping you stuck, and help you find new options and hope through changing how you relate to yourself and others. I believe that emotional freedom, trust, and true intimacy in relationships comes from having good boundaries within ourselves and with others.

I tailor interventions to the unique personality and situation of every client. This may include play therapy for children, reality therapy and behavioral contracting for adolescents, communication and conflict resolution skills for couples, coaching and education for parents, or EMDR and cognitive therapy for trauma survivors.

My training has uniquely prepared me to help clients of all faiths to integrate their spiritual and psychological growth if they desire this additional focus. I believe that the deepest healing come through taking responsiblity for all our choices as well as eventually forgiving ourselves and others when necessary.
