Psychodynamic therapy is appropriate for clients wishing to look more deeply at the roots of problems ranging from stress, anxiety, depression, professional burnout or "imposter syndrome", to issues of loss, self-esteem, relationship, identity and problems of blocked creativity. Understanding and managing introverted and extroverted temperaments
Authenticity, integrity, personal authority and the special challenges of midlife are emphasized in a depth psychology approach. Clients who wish to include a creative process may engage in dream interpretation or explore their personal artistic/creative expressions in their therapeutic process.
