I am a Licensed Professional Counselor & owner of Beyond The Mirror Counseling & Wellness. I work with children, adults, adolecents & families on a variety of life issues including but not limited to: depression, anxiety, relationship issues, eating disorders,GLBT, PTSD, OCD, greif & loss, anger management, addictions, life transitions, academic performance and self-esteem. Entering therapy isn't always easy to do, and with this in mind, I strive to create a safe and secure environment where you can share your experiences at a pace that is comfortable to you. Most insurances accepted. Sliding fees available for those w/o insurance.

Counselors at Beyond the Mirror specialize in a variety of issues. Our counselors utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques that meet the needs of each individual. Along with individual counseling we also offer: couples counseling, group counseling, family counseling, art therapy, nutrition education & massage.

Beyond the Mirror Counseling offers specialized programs for disordered eating & eating disorders. We understand that barries may get in the way of professionals receiving the support that they need. We create a safe & confidential enviornment for ALL of our clients while addressing special considerations in the provision of therapy to therapists.

This is a group for friends & family in a relationship with someone who is struggling with an eating disorder. The purpose of this psychoeducational support group is to educate individuals about eating disorders, give skills on how to support their loved one & offer support

Adolescent Group
Beyond the Mirror, 1220 S. College Avenue, Fort Collins, Colorado

Members will learn to identify uncomfortable feelings and what to do with them, Healthy communication skills and how be successful when making important life choices. Group participants will learn to use coping skills, emotion regulation techniques, as well as therapeutic journaling.

Disordered Eating & Body Image Group
Beyond the Mirror, 1220 S. College Avenue, Fort Collins, Colorado
Every Wednesday, Thursday at 5:30pm - 7pm
$40 - $60 per session

In a supportive group environment, members will learn coping skills to attain and maintain recovery from unhealthy body image and disordered eating behaviors including restricting, binging, and compulsive overeating. Members will learn the difference between eating well and emotional eating.
