“Do you struggle to establish clear boundaries with your child? Do you feel that your child ignores everything you say? I have an extensive experience working with troubled adolescents and their respective families. Issues with adolescents I address are substance abuse, anger management, sexuality issues and divorce recovery. I also provide couples counseling for married and unmarried couples, and I facilitate a parenting group aimed at helping parents implement more effective strategies to discipline and better communicate with their children. For individual clients I provide cognitive based strategies aimed at effectively dealing with ADHD, depression, and anger management.

Using research based techniques, I work with my clients to help them identity beliefs, values, and ideologies they hold which are contributing factors to their personal struggles. I assist my clients through the process of replacing these old beliefs, values and ideologies with positive helpful beliefs, values and ideologies.

I am genuine, empathetic, and I have an unconditional positive regard for all my clients. While the process of change might seem daunting to others, there is nothing which makes people feel better by recognizing the progress they are making and realizing that they are capable of more.”
