I believe in and support each person's own resilient nature. Often I am asked "how long will it take?" The answer depends on the person and the situation. We can start with a one-time visit and decide if you need short term help or a long term supportive relationship? In our initial meeting, we will decide what will work best for you.
I can help guide your recovery from job loss, end of relationship, personal health issues and other life traumas. I see people holistically. I bring my background in art, yoga, nutrition, spirituality and parenting to my work.
My practice is open to both men and women at any stage in the life cycle and with any sort of life challenge. I specialize in working with professionals, business owners and those who are self-employed.
