Depression, anxiety and problems in relationships often cause deep anguish and pain - just getting by each day is tough. We often struggle alone believing things will never get better. Friends and family urge us to just get over it, but sometimes that makes it feel worse. You need someone to talk to. In the safety and privacy of my office, you will have my unwavering attention, devoted to helping you untangle the mess that exists in your life. Together, we will help you change what you thought was unchangeable but also accept what you thought was unacceptable.

Whether it's something that started two weeks ago, or long-standing issues that haven't gone away, I provide a comfortable, relaxed, non-judgmental atmosphere where we can have a healthy, mature and unflinchingly honest discussion of who you are, who you've been and who you want to be.

Depending on your particular problem and the help you are seeking, our therapy may be focused and brief or may deepen and encompass many areas of your life. But you will be in control. With couples, I endeavor to help them understand each other better and communicate more effectively and lovingly.
