The focus of this group is on identifying women's needs and how to meet those needs using their inner strengths. We will explore many women's issues such as self esteem, guilt, a woman's worth, body image, women's roles, trust, trauma, getting the love you want and self care.

Do you have trouble expressing your feelings? Do you often worry about what other people think about you? If you want to learn new, healthier ways of interacting while understanding your own feelings, this group can help. By discussing issues and receiving feedback from the other group members, while being guided by a trained psychotherapist, you can learn to understand how you feel and how others react to you and why. Issues addressed in the group include: difficulty communicating, lack of interpersonal skills, trouble getting what you want out of life, loneliness, poor self-esteem and social anxiety.
