I have been a psychotherapist in private practice for over 20 years. I have experience treating depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, and issues around divorce, childhood sexual abuse, infertility, substance abuse, marital and relationship problems, bereavement and others. In addition to individual adult and couples' psychotherapy, I see children and adolescents, with emotional and behavioral issues that manifest in school or home and other aspects of their lives. .

I believe that our family relationships and history help us to understand ourselves better. In treatment, along with understanding our inner world of thoughts and feelings, I utilize the interaction between myself and client to further develop self awareness. With increased self awareness, I believe we can change self defeating behavior, and have a more fulfilling life.
