Together I can help you learn how to be a choice maker and creator of your life--teaching you how to enjoy your whole life. I work with all ages in family, couples, individual and group therapy and have 15 years experience as a psychotherapist. My style is conversational, collaborative and direct. I particularly love to work with families.
Parents often arrive wanting me to "fix" their child. We quickly reorganize this understanding. The whole family needs to develop--and it is a relief to all when they discover that they can, with help, collectively change their situation. Families I work with learn how to improvise and grow together.
Ms. Woolfe received her MA in Psychology from University College Dublin, Ireland, her MSW from New York University, and her Post-Graduate Training Certificate from the East Side Institute. Ms. Woolfe was the Program Director of Glens Falls Hospital's Center for Children and Families from 1998-2009.
