I have worked with recovering alcoholic/addicts, co-alcoholics, and children of alcoholic/addicts throughout my career. I've been successful at helping people lessen depression and anxiety, I've helped numerous couples learn the communication skills that can make a difference in relating successfully. I help people feel better about themselves.

I use the Enneagram, a system that helps identify personality types and the tendencies inherent in them extensively in my work. I believe we can't heal what we can't see. I also use cognitive/behavioral approaches. I help people learn what's possible and how to achieve it.
