I'm committed to helping you understand and resolve painful emotions, relationship problems and sexual concerns in a safe, compassionate environment. I am the only female AASECT Board Certified Sex Therapist in Austin. I have tools to help you heal old emotional wounds of many kinds and create lasting changes for a better future. You will learn how to "rewire" emotional triggers, diminish conflict and feelings of emptiness, and experience more peace than before. I treat stress, depression, anxiety, trauma, abuse, feelings of worthlessness, divorce recovery, anger and grief, including pet loss. I work with both straight and GLB clients.
