I help those affected by the loss of loved ones. I specialize in helping those affected by school phobia, career issues, loved ones addictions, which include eating struggles and substance abuse. Other specialities include relationship issues, grief and loss, depression, anxiety and "burn out" issues for helping professionals. Interracial and interculteral adjustment issues are important to my practice.

Grief and loss includes career, relationship, and loss through death. Experiencing anxiety and fear may be the result of recognized and unrecognized childhood trauma. Having experienced pain and sorrow I know that achieving an overall sense of well being is possible in a safe, warm, non-judgemental, confidential environment.

I relate well to adolescents, adults and seniors through warmth and acceptance. My approach to psychotherapy is to use my skills to help people develop inner resilience, and the self confidence to direct their own lives. It is my hope that you allow yourself the opportunity for healing
