I take a whole-person, holistic approach when facilitating psychotherapy and encourage clients to consider a bigger, more compassionate vision of their lives. It is my belief that transformation and healing ultimately rest within us all. Therapy is about unhooking yourself from suffering and reclaiming peace and wholeness. My job is to help you understand yourself as deeply as possible, so that you live fully and embrace your relationship with yourself and others in a way that is healthy, vibrant and meaningful for you. What is calling for change? What parts are you moved to explore?
I aim to provide a nurturing place for clients to steady their body and mind while working together to define their struggle, understand patterns, recognize alternatives and improve their capacity to grow. My client-centered, integrative approach combines aspects of psychodynamic, cognitive, body-mind (somatic), and relational psychotherapy.
I work primarily with INDIVIDUALS and COUPLES to explore the complexities and challenges of their RELATIONSHIPS with themselves and their significant others. I also work on issues stemming from TRAUMA, GRIEF, ANXIETY, DEPRESSION, concerns around LIFE TRANSITIONS, as well as issues surrounding CULTURAL ADJUSTMENT and identity. Do you feel "at home" in many places, yet find it difficult to define or talk about where "home" is? Did you have a cross-cultural childhood or young adulthood because you grew up outside of your passport country or country of birth? The intention of this group is to affirm the uniqueness of each participant's personal migration story by providing a supportive environment to bear witness and share feelings of displacement and/or restlessness. Participants will explore the challenges and benefits of growing up cross-culturally.

Dreams become a portal into a free-flowing awakening within ourselves. Do you feel called to to slow down, go inward and recover what you already know. This dream group is an opportunity to discover the special teachings your dreams hold for you. All levels are welcome - from those who seldom recall their dreams, to experienced journal keepers and/or lucid dreamers. We will enjoy exploring how sharing and bearing witness to each others' dreams can bring us more deeply into our essence.
