I specialize in chronic and complex issues such as long term anxiety, depression or relationship issues. I believe these more unbearable feelings and suffering can often be the result of traumatic experiences (physical, sexual, emotional abuse, war). My trauma therapy is based on the most recent research on trauma.

My office is private and confidential. To make sure I am meeting your therapy needs, I often seek confidential, case consultation with senior colleagues. This is a standard practice for many therapists and I too have made consultation a part of my own commitment to my clients.
