Martin Luther King, Jr. Dealing with life's challenges can leave us feeling overwhelmed and confused. Choosing counseling is the first step in facing challenges. Counseling provides a safe, compassionate place to gain new perspective, answer difficult questions, and resolve painful conflicts. I am committed to providing knowledgeable, supportive therapy in a non-judgmental, confidential environment. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a Rape Crisis Counselor. I hold a Masters in Counseling Psychology from UNF.

My areas of focus include sexual trauma (both rape and childhood molestation), gender issues, relationship issues (including domestic violence), family of origin issues, depression, anxiety, PTSD, borderline personality disorder, adolescents, grief and loss, illness, self esteem, and personal growth.

My approach to therapy is personalized and integrative. I adjust the treatment and techniques, based on the client's individual goals and therapeutic needs. I have been known to utilize a number of clinical approaches.
