I work primarily with adults with Asperger Syndrome and their partners and family members.I also serve adults dealing with anxiety, depression and relationship difficulties. I offer grounded, effective psychotherapy in downtown Seattle. I offer social skills training and education on spectrum disorders, and specialize in Asperger's. I help clients lower their anxiety and fear. Most clients have goals of more peace, more meaning and more happiness. Clients can expect to feel better after sessions, never worse.
