Ms. Alison Withey

I offer traditional approaches to counseling for individuals, couples and groups, as well as mind-body approaches that include hypnotherapy and Lifespan Integration to help you find the healing, growth and change that you desire. My style is compassionate, intuitive and interactive. I enjoy helping people feel better, see their world more clearly and navigate and/or create change in their lives. If you are looking for clarity, to heal pain, or reduce your sadness and anxiety, I can help you find a new direction that will honor who you are and provide you an increased sense of strength and calm in your life

Counseling–Looking at thoughts, beliefs and experiences, their influence on how we act and see the world, challenging self-limiting beliefs, uncovering and grieving lost hopes and dreams, moving towards new goals. Hypnotherapy–reducing stress, examining and changing patterns. Lifespan Integration–healing mind-body, integrating trauma, clearing triggers, promoting neural integration.

I work with people comtemplating, moving through and recovering from divorce. I offer two divorce support groups that meet weekly on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings in the Madison Valley neighborhood in Seattle.
