I believe that each person is on a life journey and sometimes we step off our path and things don't work quite right for us. I see my role as that of navigator to help you get back on your path. My goal for you is that you come to create and love the life you want. This might mean helping you get your relationships back on track, or helping you deal with the highs and lows of a Bipolar disorder.I am here to assist you in reaching the goals you set for your life.

I specialize in relationships, bipolar disorders, women's issues and helping people who have been victims of crime or abuse. Individual growth, health and fulfillment is my goal for each client.

I am trained in EMDR,and I am a certified relationship specialist, and a Board Certified Professional Counselor(Certification by The American Psychotherapy Association)
