Dr. Tindall specializes in strengths-based, solution-focused therapy specific to each client. Dr. Tindall works with adolescents, young adults, adults, couples and families. How to survive the infertility process

Infertility can affect every aspect of your life. Sometimes people feel sad, anxious, lonely, or angry as they go through fertility process. Research shows that the level of distress may impact the success of treatment and that the number one reason patients drop out of fertility treatment is because of their distress. This group will help clients learn: Relaxation strategies and stress management skills; how to change lifestyle habits which can have a negative impact on fertility; how to keep your relationship strong while going through fertility.

At Arête, we are committed to supporting parents with troubled children of any age. We promote structure, consequences and consistency in raising our kids. We help parents deal with drugs, runaways, truancy, verbal and physical abuse, curfew, dress codes and the problem friends. We also handle the aggravating things like messy rooms, chores not being done and low school grades. This is a parent support group designed to help parents whose children (of all ages) have behavioral problems. These problems are in the areas of, but not limited to attitude, substance abuse, running away, and curfew.
