Retrospective Solutions is designed to meet the needs of individuals suffering from mental health and/or substance related disorders. Individuals suffering from co-occurring disorder are provided a comprehensive integrated approach to their treatment. Most individuals do not seek treatment because they do not understand how it works or they do not know if they and the therapist would be a good match. This group is tailored towards to prevention of relapse as it relates to the family. It is intense group that requires participants to be interactive, cooperative in completing assignments and accountable.

Anger Management

Every Tuesday, Thursday at 5am - 7am
$50 - $50 per session

This group is a 2 hour 10-week program designed to teach individual how to be more responsive to anger-provoking situations verses reactive. The difference is that responding to a situation require thought, reacting requires feeling. We will review our triggers, learn the techniques of self-talk, and explore our belief systems which plays a part in the origin of our anger.

Basic Parenting and Advance Parenting Classes
7703 North Lamar Blvd, Suite 300, Austin, Texas
Every Monday, Wednesday at 10am - 7:30pm
$50 - $50 per session

This is a 2hr per week class for 10 weeks and it will address various areas of parenting in a classroom settting. We will review child development, supervision, nutrition, discipline, and communication. Advance Parenting is our specilized group for parents that have special circumstances that affects their lives compared to the average parent. Some of these issues are addictions, mental disorder, have children with special needs etc. The focus of the group teaches parents how to build a support system, having an emergency plan, explaining difficulty topics to you children, family roles around addictions.
