It is my passion and belief that counseling/psychotherapy is absolutely one of the best tools needed to support empowerment through learning about oneself, working through personal past/present emotional pain and effective communication skills. I will provide you a safe, warm and nurturing environment to express your pain, frustration, thoughts and feelings.

I view my practice as a service for helping individuals and couples through the sometimes turbulent transitions of life. My service is to help you transform self-limiting beliefs and behaviors that interfere with your ability to feel joy, be productive and share intimacy.

In addition one of my specialities is working with adolescents. I have worked as a middle school counselor for over 13 years. I am knowledgeable about the educational system and how it works. Also, I am experienced in 12-step programs and able to work with you in conjunction with your program.
