Trained at Yale, Stanford, and the University of Washington, I am a PhD Psychologist with over 20 years of experience. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to teach you skills for dealing with your problems quickly and without drugs. Through CBT, I have helped hundreds of people deal with difficult issues, including anxiety, depression, OCD, work issues, marriage and couples problems as well as other issues facing adults, teens, and college students. I utilize a collaborative, supportive approach to teach CBT tools for thinking differently about situations to improve happiness and reduce emotional pain.
