If you are in a committed relationship that is stuck in painful patterns, I can help. If you are having sexual problems such as low sexual desire, I have particular experience and training that can help; even when the passion has been dormant for a long time. I have much experience with other relationship challenges as well such as healing after an affair. I love working with couples and look forward to helping them discover inner resources that can help in unexpected ways. Pain or divorce are not your only options. There are ways to be interpersonally creative.
I did an intensive training in Sex Therapy through the UCLA School of Medicine from 1991-1992. I have trained physicians and psychotherapists on how to treat low sexual desire. I have helped some couples to rekindle passion even after they have tried other paths that have been unsuccessful.
After learning about the individual or couple, I design the treatment to be experiential. Understanding concepts is not enough. You need to have a felt experience of change. I try to make that happen in my office as well as through home assignments designed to help you break through obstacles.
