My work with adults often addresses substance abuse, anger management, body image, depression, anxiety/OCD, and difficulties adjusting to new life situations (e.g., babies, loss of a loved one, moving to a new town, etc).

My approach is goal-oriented at all levels. I truly believe everyone deserves to be free from the things holding them back, and I would be honored to be a part of your journey toward greater personal happiness.

I also enjoy working with children and adolescents. I use a multifaceted approach that includes play therapy, role playing, cognitive behavioral therapy, and family therapy. I believe that progress can be made in any situation and consider family therapy a critical component of working with young people.
